"Listen to silence, it has so much to say"
When you are tired, busy, and overwhelmed, it leaves you feeling vulnerable and strung out. You start making mistakes and forgetting things.
What I have found is by taking some time out each day to sit in Stillness, I am able to create space in my mind to achieve what I want. Connection to Self.
If I'm not sitting in Stillness, I'll usually sit in a hot bath with my Inner Stillness blended salts which always allow me to disconnect from the day.
